How to submit your story
If you have been diagnosed with medulloblastoma, or are the caregiver of someone
with medulloblastoma, I would love to publish your story. It's a good idea to
have a story page as an introduction to a blog, so if you are wanting a blog
please indicate this so that I can add the link.
To submit your story please copy the following and paste into an email. Delete
the bits in brackets, fill in the info and send to
stories@medulloblastoma.org.
Story Name: (This is what you want desplayed at the top of your page
eg "my medulloblastoma story")
Author: (your name or a screen name)
Category: adult patient | caregiver of an adult patient | child patient
| caregiver of a child patient | sibling | other family member or friend (chose
one and delete the rest)

Credit information: (Your name and a link to a website if you want one)
